Too bad, the website made it seem like a really great place. Plus the food we did get wasn't anything to write home about. it was 2 appetizers and two bowls of soup on a not real busy night, and plenty of waitstaff in view. She was pleasant, and apologized for the crab cakes, but still. Not to mention that the soup was OK, but not great, and the coconut shrimp were bland, overcooked, and not very coconutty. I could have tracked her down, but two appetizers and two bowls of soup shouldn't have been that difficult. We didn't see her again for at least 20 minutes when she came to ask if we were ready for the bill. When the food came, she dropped off the soups and my mom's shrimp, and she was off like a shot before I could even ask about my crab cakes. Both the shrimp and crab cakes off the appetizer menu.

We had the drinks dropped off by a bartender, and when the waitress came back to take the order, she also brought drinks. Also there were at least 4 waitresses that I saw and 4 bartenders standing around not doing much of anything. It was a Wednesday, and volume was small to medium at the time.
